Knowing the struggles that families being served by Allen County Children Services can face, the Allen County Probate and Juvenile Court staff held a special drive. As part of Child Abuse Prevention Month, the court staff collected diapers, wipes, and formula that they brought to Allen County Children Services. Allen County Children Services then gives them to families they see who are struggling to buy the essentials for their children.
As a part of Child Abuse Prevention Month, Allen County Children Services hosted a Community for Kids Breakfast. The event talks about the work that is being done in the county and recognizes those who work together to help children stay free from abuse and neglect.
