The 15-foot evergreen will be displayed in the lobby of the Crouse Performance Hall during the holiday season and is a popular spot for family photos at events. The foundation is selling crystal disc ornaments to help cover the cost of the new tree. Donors can have their family names or a business logo engraved on an ornament that will hang on the tree each year.

The Lima Civic Center is asking for the public help in replacing the Crouse Performance Hall stage. The center states that the stage suffered significant damage due to a storm this past year, with repairs going beyond what insurance will cover.
The 1993 classic “Jurassic Park” will be playing at the Crouse Performance Hall where the dinosaurs will seem life-size on its 60-foot big screen. The movie is free and open to the public. Organizers say they will have plenty of space to follow COVID-19 precautions.

The original “Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer” and “Frosty the Snowman” played for free in Crouse Performance Hall. This is part of the Civic Center’s Groupie Movie series that offers free movies for the community.
With the kids on Christmas break, why not take in a couple of holiday classic movies for free? The Lima Veterans Memorial Civic Center Foundation is hosting two family favorites on the big screen. Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer and Frosty the Snowman will be shown in the Crouse Performance Hall Saturday, December 28th starting at 3 p.m. The movie is free and is part of the Civic Center Foundations outreach program the "Groupie Movie Series".
