VILLAGE OF HARROD - MAIN STREET ~ Between 4TH STREET and 5TH STREET will be CLOSED for bridge replacement starting Monday, April 14th for 8 weeks.
Residents had the chance on Tuesday night to give their feedback to the City of Lima ahead of a reconstruction project. The feedback is in relation to the Catalpa and Holmes Reconstruction Project within the Jefferson Manor Subdivision. The nearly $2 million project would reconstruct existing roadway on Catalpa Avenue between Sugar Street and Simons Avenue and on Holmes Avenue between Sugar Street and Catalpa Avenue. The project would also construct new curbs and gutters, storm sewers, water lines, sidewalks, and signage with a goal to improve infrastructure and drainage.

Some fifth and sixth-grade enrichment students took on the task of creating a scaled-down version of a computer numerical control machine, which is used to cut out shapes in materials. But the catch is that each of their kits has some problems with it, so the students have to put their engineer caps on to diagnose and find the solution.
Allen County, OH (WLIO) - Structural damage has caused the Allen County Engineer to close the Thayer Road bridge for the time being.
Phillips Road, just north of Lincoln Highway will be closed for 6 weeks for bridge repair starting Monday, August 15, 2022. There will be no access during this closure. The Allen County Engineer's Office is responsible for the maintenance of Allen County's local highway system, which includes 352 miles of county roads and 550 miles of township roads. Also maintained are 378 brides and over 1,400 culverts of various sizes. The 12 townships and the county engineer cooperate in a working relationship that is unique in Northwest Ohio.
