City officials announced that the Lima Community Aquatic Center will celebrate its grand opening at 9 a.m. on Aug. 30th. The project was funded by contributions from the state, city, Lima City Schools and other community donations.

A major renovation project of a historic building in downtown Lima capped off Tuesday afternoon. A "ground opening" ceremony for the building at 43 Town Square was held, inviting community members to take a step inside the newly-renovated building and get a closer look at the apartments that are inside.
