A wintry start to April with scattered snow showers to start the day. These flurries and snow showers will move out this afternoon with mainly cloudy and chilly weather. Highs will top out in the lower 40s. A northwest wind will gust to 20-25 mph, further adding to the chill.
Snow showers are providing us a light coating of snow with some slick travel this morning. This activity will taper to flurries and diminish through the morning.
Flurries and freezing drizzle created slippery travel on Monday, but thankfully all of that activity has moved away! Dry weather conditions are on tap today along with a noticeable jump in temperatures by the afternoon. Highs should top in the middle to upper 30s with clouds giving way to partial sunshine.
North and west Ohio escaped a major snowstorm that impacted the eastern half of the state overnight. Snow totals are coming in over a foot just east of Cleveland! That said, mother nature isn't leaving us out completely. A burst of snow showers is producing a light dusting this morning which could create some slippery travel. Expect a few snow showers through the day with highs in the low 30s. Travel impacts should become minimal for the afternoon.
Arctic air has returned to begin the week with light flurries and breezy winds. Little to no snow accumulation expected. Temperatures will only reach the low 20s for highs with those wind chills in the single digits.
