The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is looking into the circumstances behind a fatal accident on Tuesday at Resource Recycling, located on Neubrecht Road in Lima. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, an employee was working on a conveyor around 45 feet off the ground when it was turned on. Officials say the employee fell to their death.

Representatives from UAW Local 1219, Lima Troy Area CAP Council, and the United Steelworkers are speaking out about their concerns with the lack of respect they say Moreno has for Ohio workers. Brown has been involved in legislation to bring chip manufacturing to Ohio, get benefits for veterans who were exposed to toxic chemicals during their service, and other bills that lead to better jobs and pay for workers.
