Today's rain didn't stop these putt-putt golfers. The Lima Convalescent Home has been celebrating its 12 days of Christmas, where they have all different kinds of themes and activities for their residents. Monday's event was putt-putt golf. There were five total holes that were decked out in candy canes and wet-floor signs, and one even invited Buddy and Jovi the elves. Each department teamed together to create their holes for the golfers to try and make par.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — For the second straight week, the Cleveland Browns had multiple opportunities in the fourth quarter to rally for a win, but fell short. Quarterback Deshaun Watson said to put the blame on him after Cleveland blew an early 10-0 lead and lost 20-16 to the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. While Watson's 75% completion rate and 84.9 rating were both season highs, the Browns could not take advantage of a Raiders team that was missing star players Davante Adams and Maxx Crosby. The Browns have led in all four games but fell into last place in the AFC North, tied with Cincinnati.

It was a big day for one local judge as he took the mound at Cleveland's Progressive Field to throw out the first pitch before Thursday's game. Allen County Common Pleas Court Judge Reed had a perfect day to toe the rubber before the first-place American League Central Guardians took on the Kansas City Royals. Judge Reed was chosen by the Ohio Common Pleas Court Judge's Association to throw out the first pitch.

The Lima YMCA also ushering summer in by offering low cost swim lessons for kids. The annual "SPLASH Program" is a five-day program teaching kids ages 3 up the basics of swimming and staying safe in water. New swimmers learn important things like how to float, kick their legs, and how to properly wear a life jacket. The kids won't be professionals by the end of the week, but they will be more prepared for the season, and any accidents that may happen.
