After multiple complaints were filed against the Grinch, he was eventually caught in downtown Bellefontaine. The department says there was a brief pursuit before the Grinch was arrested last week. The Grinch appeared in court on Monday on multiple charges and was found guilty. He was ordered to community service until his heart grows three times larger with Christmas joy.
It was a busy day in downtown Lima as dozens of families participated in the Happy Who-li-day Festival. Throughout the day children and their families got the chance to take pictures with Santa, the Grinch and elves. They also made ornaments, voted on the best gingerbread houses, made bracelets and much more.
There were over 20 downtown businesses that were involved in this year's downtown lima holiday festival.The sponsor of this event hopes it will not only spark the holiday spirit, but bring families closer together.
