Summertime is quickly approaching, and in Wapakoneta, that means the return of another season of "Party in the Park Summer Concert Series" has arrived! On Friday evening at Wapakoneta's Heritage Park, friends and families laid down their lawn chairs and rolled out their blankets to enjoy live music by the band Nixon Perry. Food vendors also brought out the salty and sweet snacks, and a designated DORA bar had beverages available for purchase with all proceeds supporting non-profit community service organizations in the Wapakoneta region. Organizers say not only do residents love the free concerts, they also have a chance to explore Downtown Wapakoneta.
