COLDWATER, Ohio (WLIO) — The Coldwater Cavaliers are headed back to the final four for the second straight season after holding off Anna, 14–to-12, in last week’s regional final.
The turning point came on the second play of the second half, when Coldwater junior quarterback Karsyn Homan launched a 70-yard touchdown pass to senior Kadin Obringer. The momentum-swinging strike helped fend off the Rockets and marked payback for an early-season loss.
Now, Coldwater turns its attention to Hopewell-Loudon this Friday.
Head coach Chip Otten and his team say they’re excited for the challenge ahead.
