Ottawa-Glandorf sweeps Bluffton to advance in district volleyball play

KALIDA — Ottawa-Glandorf advanced in district volleyball action with a straight-set victory over Bluffton on Tuesday night.
The Titans took the opening set 25-22 after rallying from an early deficit. Junior Ella White led a 13-4 run, while Grace Kahle capped the frame with an ace from the service line.
Bluffton’s Karlie Lora and Kendal Stackhouse helped the Pirates stay close, combining for key kills to keep it tight, but Ottawa-Glandorf maintained control. In the second set, University of Dayton commit Sienna Fry powered the Titans with several strong left-handed kills as O-G edged out a 27-25 win to complete the sweep.
Ottawa-Glandorf will face Eastwood next in district play at Clay on Thursday.
