Meteorologist Stephen Puglisi's Tuesday AM Forecast 6/30/26
A major heatwave continues across the region today. Real temperatures this afternoon will likely soar into the mid 90s, but with high humidity and a south wind, it's going to feel closer to 105 this afternoon. This is hot enough where you will get dehydrated very, very quickly, so if you are spending time outside today make sure you have a place to get out of the heat and drink plenty of water! The heatwave looks to peak Wednesday before we finally start to cool things down by Friday, and finally are out of the 90s by Sunday. A few rounds of storms are possible as well- find out if they could impact your 4th of July plans in the forecast!
