2018 Lima Noon Optimist Home Show

You can bet spring is just around the corner as it's time for one of the region's biggest home shows.

This marks the 70th year for the Lima Noon Optimist Home Show and Business Expo. The event is scheduled for Friday, March 9th through Sunday, March 11th. Organizers say more than 5,000 people will attend the weekend long extravaganza. It's a great opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and services while residents can see what's new for the season. Most importantly, the show benefits youth in the region.

"It's a really good opportunity for businesses, to get out and showcase who they are and the wonderful part about that is, they are also supporting youth activities and youth scholarships and things like that, that the Optimist Club does throughout the community," said Paul Downing, Lima Noon Optimists.

The Lima Noon Optimists support several youth groups in the region and are best known for Safety City. The location will be at the Allen County Fairgrounds and it's only $2 to get in. Children 17 and under are free.
