MERCER COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - A Mercer County man was sentenced today after accepting a plea deal back in December.
79-year-old Darrell Bollenbacher was sentenced earlier today at the Mercer County Common Pleas Court to two counts of sexual battery and gross imposition involving two children. The Celina native was sentenced to 12 and a half to 15 years in prison. As part of the plea deal reached back in December, two other charges were dropped. Bollenbacher will be registered as a sex offender as well.
