Allen County Commissioner Cory Noonan says, “It's nothing too uncommon when you have an older property that once housed other structures that were torn down. What's underneath the surface? So, that's the next process with this. Hopefully, it will be done in a relatively short amount of time and we'll continue on the path and have a building there in the next couple of years.”

Both buildings combined are estimated to be between $25 to $30 million in construction.
