Despite a very cold start to the day, temperatures will be on the rise today and end up very close to average, reaching the 50 degree mark late this afternoon. Milder temperatures are expected tomorrow and Thursday with near record highs possible Thursday afternoon before a round of thunderstorm activity overnight. Will we dry out for the weekend?
