LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — Three women-owned businesses are being recognized for their continued growth and impact across the Lima-Allen County community as finalists for the Lima Allen County Chamber’s Women-Owned Business of the Year award.

For more than 50 years, All Service Glass has built a reputation as one of the region’s most trusted and comprehensive glass specialists. The company handles automotive, residential and commercial projects, maintaining high standards for installation to help ensure customer safety. To mark its 50th anniversary, employees selected 50 nonprofit organizations to receive donations. Owner Ann Welly is active in local service clubs and industry groups and says she’s proud to serve the community every day.

Inspired by other nurse practitioners who owned their own practices, Emily Burns opened Replenish and Renew in 2024 in Shawnee. Since then, the business has grown in both patient numbers and services offered. The practice also focuses on giving back, including helping Apollo medical assistant graduates further their education in functional medicine. Replenish and Renew aims to create a space where patients feel welcome and heard.

Heavenly Stitches first opened in 2010, with Chandra Neeper taking over as owner in 2024 after serving as manager for seven years. In recent years, the business has expanded its sewing machine sales and service lines, while also adding classes for all skill levels to help inspire creativity through sewing. Heavenly Stitches gives back by donating quilts to local organizations and to those impacted by severe weather. The company has also partnered with Hands of Grace to support women in Africa.

Those are the finalists for the Lima Allen County Chamber’s Women-Owned Business of the Year award.
