After getting the chance to explore the arts in elementary school, students in fifth through eighth grade now had the opportunity to share their creative abilities and talents in front of their family and friends.

“The process of making art is very important in and of itself. But to take it to another level, to put it into a gallery setting, to put it into a formal, professional setting, kind of gives the kids the idea that I can do this for a living. This is a real thing, and people can come and appreciate it and come see my work. That is a wonderful opportunity for them to have at this level," said Kristin Lee, Arts & Magnet Programs Director.
