LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — The Ohio State Highway Patrol says troopers will be out in full force through the weekend and into Tuesday for the St. Patrick's Day holiday.
Patrol statistics show 14 fatal crashes resulting in 15 deaths on St. Patrick’s Day over the past five years. Nine of those crashes were linked to impaired driving. Local troopers say they will have extra patrols on duty looking for impaired drivers.
