LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — A Spencerville man who escaped from the Allen County Jail and was on the run for 30 minutes this past summer has entered guilty pleas in three cases he was facing.
Zeeke Clark, 21, pleaded guilty to a burglary charge from his June escape from the Allen County Jail, when he broke out a widow in a interview and ran. Minutes later, he was arrested at a home on North Elizabeth Street.
He also pleaded guilty to theft of a motor vehicle and a new charge of theft for allegedly stealing from Meijers. The drug case he was originally arrested for, along with other charges linked to his escape, were dropped as part of a plea deal.
Clark will be sentenced in November and could face between two and eight years in prison on the burglary charge, and up to a possible 2 years in prison for the other charges..
