WAPAKONETA, Ohio (WLIO) – The former head of a Wapakoneta organization that works with youth and foster families has pleaded not guilty to charges of having sexual contact with a minor.
According to the indictment, the incidents occurred between September 2024 and February 2025 while she was in charge of Generations of Love in Wapakoneta and was also serving as a foster parent.
Her attorney requested that her bond be reduced from $750,000 to $250,000. Although Fiebelkorn has no prior criminal record, the prosecutor argued that bond should remain at the higher amount due to the seriousness of the charges involving a male victim under the age of 16.

According to the indictment, the incidents occurred between September 2024 and February 2025 while Fiebelkorn was in charge of Generations of Love in Wapakoneta and was also serving as a foster parent.
“These are extremely serious charges regarding sexual assault of a minor child and evidence wise, in the strength of state's case, through an execution of a search warrant, the juvenile peripherally identified markings on her body that are in private areas of her body, and that was confirmed through the execution of search warrant once she was located,” said Laia Zink, Auglaize County Assistant Prosecutor.
The judge ultimately lowered the bond to $250,000, with conditions that Fiebelkorn have no contact with the victim or his family.
