William Wellek, 60, no permanent address, entered a not guilty plea to Tampering with Evidence, F3, and Vandalism, F5. PT set for 4/3/19@ 9 am. Surety bond on this case.
SENTENCINGS
Benjamin McIntosh, 43, Delphos, Possession of Cocaine, F5. Sentenced to: 3 years community control, 2 years intensive probation, 30 days jail at a later date, no alcohol, no drugs without a prescription, substance abuse and mental health evaluations and treatment, ordered to pay monthly probation fee, partial appointed counsel fees, plus costs.
Ryan Churchwell, 42, Van Wert, Theft M1. Sentenced to: 90 days jail, ordered to pay restitution to Advantage Car Rental of $1,972.53 and $10 to Sharon Bird, partial appointed counsel fees plus court costs.
