FINDLAY, Ohio (WLIO) — A Findlay man has been indicted for allegedly making threats against Hancock County Job and Family Services.
John Buoy, 48, was indicted by a Hancock County Grand Jury on a charge of inducing panic.
According to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred in February when a man called the Northwest Ohio Job and Family Services Call Center in Sandusky. Authorities say the caller was upset about his benefits being canceled and stated he would "blow y'all up."
Deputies say the call was traced to Buoy. The Hancock County Job and Family Services was searched, but no threats were found.
