A Delphos man suspected of critically injuring a toddler has been indicted by an Allen County Grand Jury.
19-year-old Anthony Denoyer has been indicted on two counts of felonious assault with specifications for permanent disabling harm to a child younger than 10 years old. He's also been indicted on four counts of endangering children and two counts of felonious assault.
Denoyer recently signed a time waiver as he is going through another criminal case for grand theft of a car. His attorney planned to bundle the cases together. Denoyer is accused of causing harm to a 2-month-old child in late October. The child was in critical condition and required surgery at Nationwide Children's Hospital. He is expected to be arraigned next Friday.
