The Kelly Miller Circus is in Spencerville for a one day show. With a quick set up and tear down, the circus relies on an unusual worker to get the job done.
Lisa is one of the traveling circus's three elephants who splits time as a performer and worker, helping raise the tent each morning. The traveling show began its season in Texas, traveling north with the improving weather. Visitors get a traditional circus experience including performers, tigers, camels, zebra's and more. Circus Ringmaster John Moss says the circus is as good a show today as it was during it's height of popularity 100 years ago.
The circus has two shows Monday in Spencerville at 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM before packing up and traveling south to Coldwater for two shows Tuesday.
