A former Shawnee schools employee was indicted by an Allen County grand jury for theft of more than $56,000.
54-year-old Kimberly Hall of Lima faces charges of theft in office, money laundering, and grand theft. Hall has entered a written plea of not guilty. She was a secretary at the middle school before becoming facilities administrative assistant. She also served as treasurer of the Shawnee Baseball Boosters. An investigation discovered Hall allegedly stole more than $34,000Â from the school and over $21,000 from the booster group.
Her next pre-trial will be August 23rd.
