Getting older has its difficulties and one local nursing care provider wants to make some of the transitions a little easier.

Seminars offered for seniors to learn how to adapt to changing needs

HCF Management is offering a variety of seminars pertaining to your changing needs as you age. Anything from heart health, to dementia, to finances. These classes are free and open to the public and several of HCF managed nursing facilities. Company officials say it's their way to give back to the community.

"Our goal is to educate and help people maintain the best health they can through out their senior years and HCF really strives to do that. So that's why we offer these educational opportunities," explained Daniel Lee, HCF Burton's Ridge Marketing Coordinator.
