A family's apartment is severely damaged in Lima by a grease fire.
The Lima Fire Department was called out around 11 p.m. Wednesday night to Markland Arms Apartments when a grease fire that broke out in an oven got out of control. Everyone was able to get out safely but the fire destroyed the kitchen in one of the apartments and there was some water damage to the apartment below. The Red Cross was called in to help and the fire department estimates around $50,000 worth of damage.
