It's a chance to talk directly with Lima city officials to express your concerns and hear what is happening in the city.
The City Focus meeting was created to build better communications with residents. It's an informal environment that encourages conversation and the sharing of information. The mayor along with his administration will be on hand, along with representatives of Lima Allen County Neighborhoods in Partnership, to talk about what they are doing.
"We feel like it's important to be able to just take city government out to the city and give citizens the opportunity to ask questions of the administrators about what's going on with city projects or any key issues that they're concerned about," explained Sharetta Smith, City of Lima chief of staff.
City Focus will be held Thursday, June 6, 2019, at the Encore Theater from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend. If you can't attend it will be live streamed on the city's Facebook page.
