LIMA, OH (WLIO) -Â Having the right mindset is key to completing the task in front of you. That was the topic at the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce's Women in Business luncheon.
The Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce's Women in Business event brings women from varied backgrounds together to network and learn from each other to move ahead in their business and personal lives. A positive mindset, healthy boundaries, and focus in goal setting are three things needed to get ahead.
"It really all starts with mindset, because if we have a good mindset, we can accomplish anything. Also the healthy boundaries: we want to have healthy boundaries with the people that we work with and live with, and then focus and having those goals. What are the goals you want to accomplish?" stated Rachel Best, Mindset Strategist Coach.
