Health Partners of Western Ohio named a national quality leader

What started as a grassroots effort to get health care to low-income residents of Lima has grown in Northwest Ohio as one of the best health care centers in the nation.

Health Partners of Western Ohio now has 15 sites in 8 cities. The health center has just been named a national quality leader by the Health Resources and Services Administration. It is one of only 36 federally qualified health centers across the country to get the recognition. That puts them in the top 2.6% of the 1,373 health centers in the nation. This is the first time receiving this recognition and health partner officials say they will continue to strive for the best health care for their patients.
