A U.S and Scotland dual citizen was back in Putnam County court today to address his two criminal cases.
Kenneth Richey was back in court for housekeeping matters. He faces two cases, one with charges of retaliation, violating a protection order and tampering with evidence. In the recent case, he's charged with retaliation and violating a protection order.
The judge has ordered both sides have all motions in both cases filed by Jan. 6. A hearing is set to discuss all matters on Jan. 16. The cases haven't been joined together as of yet so the first case is set for trial on Feb. 24. Police believe Richey posted a Facebook video attacking a Putnam County official. He was previously convicted in 2012 for similar charges.
