An event held at the Lima Mall spread awareness on how much of an impact being a foster parent can be.
Allen County Children Services set up a booth in front of Old Navy offering activities for families and information on foster parenting.
The theme for the display was "Ugly Christmas Sweater".
Informational packets were handed to families that stopped by the booth.
Kids could also play games for a chance to win a special prize to take home.
