BATH TOWNSHIP, OH (WLIO) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol Lima Post is investigating a crash that left one man dead Sunday morning. Around 5:45 am, 53-year-old Jerome Hunter of Lima was walking westbound in the right lane of State Route 81 near Neubrecht Road in Bath Township when he was struck by an unknown vehicle also traveling west. Hunter was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital and pronounced deceased. The crash remains under investigation by the Lima OSHP.
