WEST MANSFIELD, OH (WLIO) -Â The Logan County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to avoid County Road 142 at West Mansfield until further notice. That word comes after nearly 30 cars of a train derailed around 5 PM Saturday afternoon. According to a Nixle alert from the county and the Logan County Sheriff's Office Facebook page, the road is blocked off between State Route 47 and Township Road 123 north of West Mansfield. Preliminary findings report that the derailed train was carrying grain. At this time, there are currently no reports of any injuries.
