LIMA, OH (WLIO) - A semi-truck collided with a Honda sedan on State Route 117 near Cool Road Thursday afternoon.
At approximately 3:00 p.m., the Ohio State Highway Patrol was dispatched to a wreck involving a semi truck and a Honda sedan. The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the sedan was driving eastbound on State Route 117 when it veered left of center on the road and swerved into a semi-truck. The truck hit the driver's side of the vehicle and then went off the road after the collision and spun the car around facing westbound.
Two passengers in the sedan were transported to Lima Memorial Hospital for injuries that are unknown at this time. The semi truck driver sustained no serious injuries. The Westminster Rural Fire Department was also on the scene to provide aid and clean up. The accident is still under investigation.
