Chancellor Mike Duffey toured the facilities at both the Rhodes State Campus but also the Borra Center for Health Sciences in downtown Lima. Duffey oversees Ohio’s two-year and four-year colleges, universities, and technical centers. He said he was happy with what he saw at Rhodes State.

He says students want to be able to get fast education. “They want to get done; they want to go straight into the workforce. All of the programs, the fastest-growing programs in the state of Ohio, are right here at Rhodes State.”

Those programs include advanced manufacturing and health sciences. Duffey was appointed by Governor Mike Dewine in January of this year as Chancellor of the Ohio Department of Education.
