These unforgettable evenings will take place on:
- Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 7:30 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church (Lima)
- Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM at St. Augustine Catholic Church (Minster)
Under the artistry of guest organist Jared Post, the Symphony will bring audiences an intimate experience of organ and orchestral works. Both venues, renowned for their magnificent acoustics and awe-inspiring architecture, will provide the perfect backdrop for this homage to the rich history of classical concerts. The program features the stunning pipe organs of both churches: the historic organ at Trinity United Methodist Church and the newly restored, three-manual, 57-rank organ at St. Augustine Catholic Church. These works will be illuminated in the radiant light of hundreds of candles, transporting listeners to an era of musical elegance.
Solo Organist Jared Post
Jared Post has led the Music Ministry at St. Augustine Catholic Church since 2017, where he directs seven choirs and has overseen the reconstruction of its iconic organ. An accomplished organist and performer, Post has captivated audiences worldwide, performing in venues such as Barcelona, Salzburg, and New York City.
