Three teens arrested for breaking into vehicles and stealing a car

Around 3 a.m. Tuesday morning, Lima Police Department stopped a group of teenagers on West and Kibby who were out past curfew. After further investigation, officers found the juveniles had stolen a newer model car from the area of Lakewood and Gloria.
