ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) -Â The Allen County Engineer's Office is announcing that Kemp Road, between State Route 81 and Poling Road, will be closing for tile replacement. The closure will begin on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. and is expected to remain closed until Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. There will be no access during this closure.
