A Lima man accused of murdering his father will need another mental evaluation.

Timothy Youngblood set for mental evaluation, yet again

Timothy Youngblood had a mental evaluation done to plead guilty by reason of insanity. Him and his attorney would like a second opinion and will have a second evaluation done. In September, Youngblood was just ruled competent to stand trial after nearly a year of treatment. He is facing charges related to the death of his father. Police found Youngblood at his parents home, in July 2018, with his father stabbed with what was described as a "sword-like weapon". He has a trial scheduled for Jan. 7, 2019.
