"All of a sudden they've noticed some things were happening in their work performance, how do you deal with that? And just the whole challenge with drug testing, I mean you know some of the substance abuse, you know, show up, others do not, how do you deal with that? So they're going to review all that and give you some takeaways from the workshop," explained Jed Metzger, President and CEO of Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce.

The workshop is free and will be held Monday, August 19th at the Apollo Career Center. Contact the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce at 419-222-6708 for more information.
