VAN WERT, Ohio (WLIO) — The Van Wert County Fairgrounds is hosting the sixth annual “Harvest Happenings” Friday and Saturday.
The two-day fall market features handmade crafts, clothing, home décor and seasonal items. It’s held alongside the Dairy Barn Emporium and the 38th annual Apple Festival. Vendors say there’s plenty to explore, and there’s no cost to enter the fairgrounds.
“All sorts of stuff, all kinds of food vendors. There’s craft vendors, clothing vendors, Christmas vendors — a little bit of everything. No entry, it doesn’t cost anything to participate. You just park your car and start walking around,” said George Adam, owner of Adam’s Apples.
Harvest Happenings runs until 8 p.m. Friday and is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
