May 14, 2024, Press Release from the Wapakoneta Area Chamber of Commerce: Wapakoneta, OH – May 14, 2024 – The Wapakoneta Area Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the City of Wapakoneta, is excited to announce the return of the beloved Party in the Park Summer Concert Series. This annual event will kick off on May 17th and promises a lively lineup of free concerts every Friday evening from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM in the picturesque Heritage Park along the historic Auglaize River.
Running through June 31, the concert series will feature an eclectic array of live music performances that are perfect for music lovers of all ages. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets to settle in for evenings filled with exceptional melodies and a vibrant atmosphere.
This popular concert series also brings a variety of local food trucks to satisfy every palate, from savory to sweet. Additionally, a DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) bar will be hosted each week, with proceeds going to support different non-profit community service organizations, making each concert a chance to enjoy great music while giving back to the community.
