YMCA holds Breakfast with Santa

Santa made a special visit to the Lima YMCA Saturday morning for breakfast.

Families could stop by the YMCA to enjoy a breakfast of pancakes, eggs, and sausage, make some arts and crafts, and of course, give their wish list to Santa before Christmas.  Those that help to put on the event say that it's great to see so many families coming out and having fun, and that the event has only grown since it began.

"It was a really good turnout this year - I think we had 50 kids last year, and I think we’re up to about 60 to 65 this year, so it’s a really good turn out," said Corey Clifton, Teen Development Director for the Lima YMCA. "I hope they enter the breakfast stand and it seems like they’re enjoying the activities."

This is the 7th year that the YMCA has held the event.
