Once a month through April, the Civic Center will be showing family movies on the big screen. This is the third year for the Groupie Movies series but the first time they've held a Groupie Movie Night since the pandemic.

Thursday's movie was "The Polar Express" and free peppermint lattes were handed out to get viewers in the Christmas spirit. The Civic Center Foundation keeps ticket prices for this event low so that as many people as possible can come out and enjoy a nostalgic movie with their family.

A Lima landmark undergoing a re-birth, celebrating nearly a century of entertainment on Thursday. The public, members of the local arts community, and more were on hand to sing happy birthday to Lima's Ohio Theatre.

The elegant works of literature produced by William Shakespeare are coming to life here in Lima! The Grand Lake Theatrix Community Theatre Association's Young Shakespeareans held a dress rehearsal this evening at Forest Park United Methodist Church for their riveting rendition of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream.

Area musicians and actors will be performing in a Hollywood & Broadway themed concert titled, “A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC”, A Concert Featuring Sights & Sounds from Stage & Screen, which will be held at The First United Methodist Church of Van Wert on Saturday evening, November 12th from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM.

That’s the last thing we want. If you want to call with the information of an address, maybe the names of people who live there. Maybe a description of a vehicle, vehicles leaving and coming from the residences on a regular basis, that’s the kind off stuff we want to look into,”
