One of the babies was found safe at Dayton International Airport Tuesday morning. Authorities are looking in the area for the other baby. Nalah Jackson has been named as a person of interest. Columbus police report that Kyair and Kason Thomas were left in their seats in a running car while their mother walked into a pizza restaurant. She turned around and the car was gone. The vehicle is a black 2010 Honda Accord with a missing its front bumper and a torn temporary Ohio registration tag on the back bumper with a white sticker reading "Westside City Toys". An Amber Alert has been issued by the Greenville Police Department for the following regions: Northwest Ohio, Lima, West Central Ohio, Southwest Ohio. Be on the lookout for an abducted child. The suspect's name is Kirt Mathais Kiser. The suspect is a White male, age 29, is 510 tall, weighs 236, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. The vehicle involved is a black 2012 Chevrolet Suburban with OH plate number JTK6408. Call or dial 911 if you see the child, the suspect or the vehicle. You can also call 1-877-AMBER-OH (1-877-262-3764) or 911 to be transferred directly to the investigating law enforcement agency or to hear the alert information.

Eye doctors say kids who spend a lot of time on screens may also experience "digital eye strain" – which can cause headaches, a dry eye feeling, and blurry vision. Ideally, the best way to treat that is by cutting down on screen time. However, if that's not possible, doctors recommend using the 20-20-20 rule. For every 20 minutes of screen time, you give your eyes a 20-second break and try to look 20 feet away.

Drivers can keep an eye out for flashing signs around school zones that begin blinking half an hour before school starts and half an hour after classes let out for the day. During these restricted hours, school zones have a speed limit of 20 miles per hour. Officers and others are keeping a close watch of these areas to help keep students safe as they head to and leave school every day.
