Locally and around the world, Christians are taking time to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ by coming together in worship.

Students, faculty, and parents at Saint Charles Elementary School organized a baby shower for Baby Jesus as the advent service project. They donated diapers, formula, clothing, and more that has been given to Heartbeat of Lima. The organization will hit a milestone next year as they will have been serving mothers and their children up to three years of age. Organizers say this donation will help dozens of babies.
Those supporting pro-choice and protesting the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe versus Wade were on the northwest quadrant of the square. The weekly Remnant worship was in the northeast quadrant of the square. The pro-choice supporters crossed the street and converged on the worship service. All had their reasons for participating.
The community was invited to bring their pets to the church for a blessing of the pets. Mostly dogs showed up, wagging their tails with excitement.
A couple that's originally from Ohio is back in the state for a national tour with their organization. The two of them are a light for people that are fighting cancer.
The Victory Center Church in Wapak partnered with Revive Ohio to spread the word of Christ and help out their community in the process.
People dressed in “Bless the Blue” tee shirts gathered in front of the Lima Police station to pray for not only our local law enforcement, but those serving all over the country.
