Isahia Dyous has been sentenced to a minimum two years in prison to a max of three years after pleading to robbery. The prosecutor says Dyous had a minimal part in the Sept. 2019 robbery at Maplewood Apartments. Although a minimal role, the judge felt his criminal track record played a factor into sentencing. He was also on community control for two weeks when this crime happened.

The fourth person involved in an organized robbery, Breanna Cochran took a plea deal Thursday.

Cochran was sentenced to two years of probation.  She pleaded guilty to a charge of robbery by way of a bill of information. She was originally charged with aggravated robbery.

Cochran had the least amount of involvement in the robbery at Maplewood Apartments. It was her understanding they were only going to get the items Tyshawn Thompson took from his ex-girlfriend Jordyn Mitchell. She didn't know a gun would be involved. Cochran says she was just hanging around with the wrong people.

One person involved in a group-organized robbery has been sentenced to prison.

Cardale Funches has been sentenced to three years in prison with the possibility of up to four and a half years for a charge of robbery. Funches was one of four who took part in the robbery of Tyshawn Thompson in September 2019. Police say Thompson was returning belongings to an ex-girlfriend at Maplewood Apartments. Funches, Isahia Dyous, Jordyn Mitchell and Breanna Cochran were believed to have robbed him at gun point. Funches admitted to luring him where there weren't security cameras. He says he had a gun in his waistband but never took it out.

A Lima man involved in a premeditated robbery has decided to change his plea. Cardale Funches pleaded guilty to an amended charge of robbery. The original charge of aggravated robbery with a firearm was dropped. Funches took part in a plot to rob another man. Jordyn Mitchell was receiving items from an ex-boyfriend at the Maplewood Apartments. Mitchell planned with Breanna Cochran Isaiah Dyous and Funches to rob her ex-boyfriend. The victim said that one of them had a gun.

Four people are in custody today after a premeditated robbery was quickly solved by Lima police. The Lima Police Department were notified of an armed robbery at Maplewood Apartments at 2 o'clock Tuesday morning. Tyshawn Thompson was returning belongings to his girlfriend Jordyn Mitchell and her friend Breanna Cochran. As this happened, two men came up to Rob Thompson. One had a gun and took Thompson's belongings.
