A Lima man who gained popularity on TikTok gets sentenced for sexual contact with young girls.
Joshua McPheron signed a time waiver to push his trial back from January to a date to be determined. Lawyers are still waiting on a doctor's report to be submitted. McPheron is charged with two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of sexual imposition. The indictment says the first incident happened between March and April of 2020 and involved a person under 13 at the time. The second incident allegedly happened in august of last year and involved a different person who was 14-years-old.
The man found guilty of stabbing his friend was back in Allen county Common Pleas Court for sentencing this morning. 28 year-old Dalton Crowe was sentenced to three years in prison for felonious assault. A jury convicted him last month on the charge.
Tuesday commenced the trial of 27 year old Lima Native Dalton Crowe. He is alleged to have committed felonious assault against his friend Joshua McPheron after an incident on April 3, 2018 resulted in McPheron being treated for multiple stab wounds. Although the defense differed to make any opening remarks, the state argued the evidence was clear.
